Originally from Finland and currently based in Malta, I bring a unique blend of Nordic reliability and global operational experience to my partners. With a Bachelor of Business Administration and nearly 20 years of experience across both corporate legal environments and fast-paced startups, I understand the complex needs of growing businesses.
This background gives me a practical understanding of what businesses need to stay organized, operate efficiently and grow without unnecessary operational friction.

Beyond the Work
While operations and business support are a big part of my day, outside of work, I enjoy travelling, exploring new places, spending time in nature and occasionally unwinding with a good video game and a cup of coffee.
Living abroad has also given me a unique perspective on working across cultures, time zones and different ways of doing business.
